With a career spanning engineering, operations, projects, contract management and business leadership. Natalie Goodman began her career in 2010 as a Mechanical Apprentice on the Morecambe Hub, then operated by Centrica Energy, before progressing through a range of technical, operational, project and business roles. She joined Spirit Energy in 2018 and has since built broad experience across delivery management, strategic partnerships and continuous improvement, alongside her long-standing connection with the Morecambe Hub and its people.

Natalie is passionate about bringing people and business together to turn strategy into delivery and drive continuous improvement. Having started her career as an apprentice, she is equally passionate about creating opportunities for people to develop and realise their potential. She believes in empowering teams and creating an environment where people can be authentically themselves, bring different perspectives and make a difference. Natalie is currently undertaking an MBA with The Open University Business School.
