With nearly 30 years of international experience across the energy sector, management consulting, and academia, Elisabeth Easton brings a strong combination of strategic insight, commercial acumen, and leadership experience to the role.

Since joining Spirit in 2012 (then Centrica Energy), Elisabeth has held a range of senior leadership positions spanning finance, strategy, transformation, and asset management, supporting executive decision-making, business planning, performance management, and portfolio strategy. Most recently, she led Spirit's Transition project.

Elisabeth holds a Master's degree and a PhD from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She is recognised for her passion for continuous learning, building high-performing teams, delivering tangible results, and connecting financial insight with business strategy. True to her Austrian heritage, Elisabeth enjoys the outdoors and is a passionate horsewoman, skier, and hillwalker.
